Buff Busy Babe LLC is committed to getting your gear to you quickly and safely. This policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, timelines, and procedures.
We offer the following shipping options: Standard Shipping (3–5 business days), Express Shipping (2 business days), and International Shipping (7–14 business days). All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Miami, Florida.
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat $7.99 standard shipping fee. Express shipping is $14.99 regardless of order size. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order in your Account > Orders. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link provided in your email.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, and select international destinations. We do not ship to PO boxes for express orders. If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not currently ship there.
Buff Busy Babe LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery to the carrier. If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, contact our support team within 5 days of the marked delivery date.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged items. We will replace the item or issue a refund, including shipping costs.
