At Buff Busy Babe LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled.
We accept refund requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Items that are worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or missing tags are not eligible for refunds.
To initiate a refund, log into your account and go to My Account > Orders. Select the order containing the item you wish to return and follow the return instructions. If you checked out as a guest, please contact our support team at support@buffbusygear.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please send all returns to: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, orders enter our fulfillment pipeline and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@buffbusygear.com with your order number.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs. You do not need to return defective items unless instructed by our support team.
Gift cards, final sale items, and personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for refunds or returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
