Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Buffbusygear purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our return policy makes it easy to send items back.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted. The return must be postmarked within the 30-day window.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached. Items with signs of wear, washing, odors, pet hair, or missing tags are not eligible for return. Shoes must be returned in their original box.

3. How to Return

To start a return, log into your account and navigate to My Account > Orders. Find the order you wish to return, select the items, and follow the instructions to generate a return label. If you checked out as a guest, contact our support team at support@buffbusygear.com with your order number and the items you want to return.

4. Return Address

Please send all returns to the following address: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. Please include your order number inside the package or attach it to the outside for faster processing.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color within the 30-day return window. To exchange an item, initiate a return and select "Exchange" as the reason. If the requested exchange is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

7. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: gift cards, final sale items, and personalized or custom products. Swimwear and intimate apparel must have hygiene liners intact to be eligible for return.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@buffbusygear.com with photos. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund. You may not need to return the item in these cases.
